Job Title: K/P-Lift Operations Manager
Pay Rate Type: S - Salary
Position Type: Full Time- Year Round

Job Description: Manage ski lift operations and the ticket checking process. Plan and manage all services and operating systems, as well as record keeping and reporting systems, of the lift operations department. Ensure adherence to operating procedures/safety standards. Plan and manage the lift operations operating budget. Conduct staff meetings and training programs. Plan work schedules. Participate in various company management, staff and committee meetings. Supervise and assist with summer construction projects. FT-year round job with Group I Benefits including medical, dental, vacation, 401(k) and great resort privileges.
Requirements: Excellent planning, administrative, personnel, budget management and leadership skills. Ability to deal effectively with a variety of individuals/organizations in and outside of the company. Must have the ability to handle crisis situations effectively. Must have 5 to 7 years of supervisory experience, (ski lift operations experience a plus) or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired.
