Base Area Supervisor: This Base Area Supervisor position ensures the proper, efficient and profitable functioning of the day-to-day operations of the resort's base area, including food and beverage, lodging (which includes housekeeping, maintenance and reservations) and retail departments. The Base Area Supervisor provides hands-on leadership while executing long and short range strategies and plans as directed by the executive management team. This individual directs and coordinates effective and efficient operations within corporate guidelines to maximize sustainable profitability and customer satisfaction. The Base Area Supervisor will be dedicated to delivering superb customer experiences, identifying improved ways to work together in a team environment, and effectively implementing profitable growth strategies. Supervisor reports directly to the Director of Operations on Sipapu's executive management.
