My name is Justin and I am a lift mechanic by trade, I envision a site where mechanics and ski area employees can share ideas, network, trouble shoot problems, and gain strength for better productivity. The industry can benefit by seeing how other areas operate around the world. I truly believe in the value and necessity for mechanics, as well as other outside operations employees, to have a platform to communicate with each other. I believe this site can be the conduit for our ideas.
