The Mount Snow Department of Lodging is looking for a dynamic leader to oversee the Maintenance Department that services 2 hotels and 100 condominium units. The ideal candidate will have experience leading a maintenance team in a hotel of 200 or more rooms or a facility of similar size and scope. College Degree plus 4-5 years of experience with project management and work place safety is required. Broad base of technical knowledge and skills in the building/construction trades. Good planning, administrative, personnel and budget management skills. An ability to work effectively and professionally with a wide variety of company personnel as well as guests, property owners, vendors and others outside the company is required.
