Full Time / Year Round

We have two positions open for a Lodging Maintenance Technician at our Grand Summit Resort Hotel. Inspect and maintain the rooms and public areas for the lodging properties. Perform regularly scheduled inspections of guest rooms, common areas and building systems. Prepare reports on conditions of units and maintenance or repairs needed and or performed using a standard checklist. Maintain tools and equipment ,clean and organize the Maintenance Shop. Basic Education plus one to three years of relevant work experience and or trades training, or a combination of education and experience. Both positions will have schedules that could include weekends and holidays and one will be for evening shifts of 3pm to 11pm.
