MOUNTAIN OPERATIONS
Full Time / Year Round

Mount Snow is looking for an electrician to perform the duties of a working foreman. Plan and coordinate electrical projects including staffing, materials, tools, equipment and vehicles. Maintain and upgrade electrical and fire alarm systems as needed in resort facilities; lodges, golf course, offices, retail outlets, workshops, restaurants and temporary event locations. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, inspectors and staff from other resort departments. Assist in the maintenance and repair of electrical systems for ski lifts and snowmaking systems which includes high voltage lines and equipment including pumps and compressors. Basic education plus a four year electrical apprenticeship and two to three years of additional professional electrician experience, or a combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and skills are acquired. Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be able to work outside in varying weather conditions at heights. Schedule to include weekends and holidays
