Description

This position is year round salary; includes employer paid medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits for employee coverage, qualified dependent coverage offer, eligible for 401K after one year.

Duties: The Restaurant Manager is responsible for overseeing the Crooked Tree Tavern, weddings and catered events while working collaboratively with the management team to provide an outstanding resort experience.

Requirements: Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience; preferably in a resort setting. Experience in all aspects of culinary services operations and management, particularly weddings and catered events. Exemplary leadership, interpersonal, communication and guest service skills. Effective computer skills including office, point of sale and reservations. Must be comfortable with the changing dynamics of a seasonal business. This position is subject to a criminal background check.
