Hey guys!
One thing I'm working on this year is employee recognition in ALL departments. I know sometimes it may feel like the outside/shop guys don't get recognition because you aren't face to face with the guests. Well let's be real, you guys make the lifts/grooming happen, so us on the front line can make guest happiness happen. The ski industry is such a perfect definition of team work.

Without you studs, it wouldn't be possible and your hard work and dedication is not dismissed in the admin offices.
